A tool is always needed to describe how your web pages will look like, because HTML is all about description of the webs pages content and it has a less concern with the feel and look, this is where cascading style sheets come in.
The CSS is easier than the HTML, but the trickiest part is to remember the many different choices from which you have to choose. Now let’s start with the easiest style sheet which includes the common styles.
With CSS the most adjustment is made to the fonts of the web pages, with CSS you can change, style, color, face and size of your fonts with one click.
Creating a Style Sheet
First thing to write a style sheet is to decide that which look you want to give to your text, for which you decide the style, color and font for it, also you have to decide that what different styles should be for different heading, tag and so on.
My Proposed Styles
- Standard paragraph text should be black, medium sized and Arial narrow.
- Top level (h1) heading should be bold, small caps and red.
- Second level heading (h2) should be italic and blue.
- Notations should be with yellow text and with a standard text.
This is the Part of how to make your first style sheet in CSS , next part will be coming soon keep reading. Thanks!
