To achieve TEXT WARPING, while text command is still active and you are also active in the layer text as shown below, press CTRL+A to select all. Go to EDIT > TRANSFORM > WARP until the dialog box appears.
In the WARP TEXT box, edit your text by choosing options from the STYLE dropdown. In this case, we used FLAG style.

Now click the DROP SHADOW to CHECK the box in order for you to edit details. Reduce OPACITY to 46%, ANGLE to 45°, DISTANCE to 25 px, SPREAD SIZE to 0% and SIZE to 8px.
Still on the LAYER STYLE box, CHECK the GRADIENT OVERLAY box, and then click the box showing the GRADIENT COLOR, to show up the GRADIENT EDITOR. Hit the type of PRESET OF COLOR you want to choose.
With the chosen PRESET COLOR, the color scheme will now show on the GRADIENT BOX. Change the ANGLE to 0° so the scheme of colors moves from left to right.
Still in the LAYER STYLE, check STROKE box to create an outline for the text. Adjust stroke SIZE. In this case, the default of 3 PX is also used. To edit the color of the text outline, click the COLOR box.
In the COLOR BOX, SELECT COLOR STROKE shall appear. From here, choose your color and pick its lightness or darkness from the bigger box.
Lastly, to place your text on the background, OPEN your chosen photo. DRAG and DROP it to the TEXT FILE and adjust its position.
