ULancer.com launched in May 2010, as a Freelance Blog for freelancers. The site was originally created by a High School sophomore. Over the years, the site stayed dormant because the student didn’t have the time or money to invest in it.

Ulancer has gone through a lot of try and errors for the past six years now. So we’ve decided to try something different, by letting our readers direct Ulancer’s path. So this way, we are creating something that’s more tailored to the reader’s experience and not our ideas of what we think of Ulancer.
